Whistleblowing
Whistleblowing is a tool that helps ensure transparency and fairness in a company, allowing employees to report illegal or unethical behavior without fear of retaliation or discrimination.
For PC Cube S.r.l., whistleblowing is essential to comply with regulations, uphold ethical values, and create a safe and respectful work environment. The company offers employees and external stakeholders a secure and confidential channel to report potential misconduct or violations, helping to safeguard the company’s integrity and reputation.
A whistleblower is an individual, either within or outside the organization, who reveals information about improper or illegal conduct within the organization. This action can be driven by a sense of responsibility or by a desire to promote transparency and integrity. Whistleblowers play an important role by helping to uncover and prevent fraud, abuse, and corruption, thus maintaining high ethical and legal standards.
Making a whistleblowing report means providing detailed information about suspected improper or unethical behavior, either through internal company channels or through external entities, such as authorities or specialized organizations. It is crucial for these reports to be accurate and supported by evidence to facilitate investigation. Reports can be made anonymously or not, depending on company policy and local laws.
PC Cube provides a dedicated email (fischietto@pccube.com) and an anonymous form on its website, also accessible to external stakeholders. The company ensures the confidentiality of reports and is committed to protecting whistleblowers from retaliation or adverse treatment, in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24/2023.
Each report will be reviewed fairly and objectively by a team assigned to investigate, with the necessary measures taken to resolve any issues in accordance with applicable laws.
