PC Cube S.r.l. recognizes the importance of continuous innovation and the active involvement of its employees and stakeholders for the company’s success and growth.
In line with this vision, this page has been created to provide information and an official channel through which you can propose ideas, suggestions, and initiatives that can contribute to the improvement of business processes, technological development, the work environment, and interpersonal relationships. Contributions may range from technical and operational improvement proposals, to suggestions for corporate well-being, up to the reporting of issues that could hinder the proper functioning of the organization.
This channel provides a safe and confidential space to address inclusion-related topics without resorting to sanctions or legal formalities, which are instead handled through the Whistleblowing mailbox. In the event that a submitted report relates to gender equality or racial discrimination issues, the Active Participation Manager will be responsible for forwarding it to the Committee on Gender Equality and Non-Discrimination for appropriate evaluation.
If requested, ideas and reports will be managed anonymously and treated with the utmost confidentiality.
Multiple ideas or reports can be included in a single submission, as long as each one is clearly distinguished and well-structured.
PC Cube provides a dedicated email address (suggerimenti@pccube.com) and a form on its website, both accessible to external collaborators as well.
The company is committed to carefully reviewing every contribution and providing prompt feedback to the submitter. In the case of anonymously submitted ideas, where feedback to the submitter is not possible, the company will share information about any anonymously submitted ideas that have been scheduled for implementation through internal channels (e.g., corporate newsletters, intranet, or informational meetings).
